Reach.

I used to want an easy life.
I wanted to settle down with an attractive husband and raise a few kids.
I wanted to be able to stay at home.
I wanted a nice house with a two car garage...and a dog.

Then I met Jesus.
Then I wanted an easy life.
Then I still wanted to settle down with an attractive husband who loved God.
Then I wanted to stay home and raise my children to be godly men and women.
Then I wanted a nice house with a two car garage...and a dog...and maybe a few kids to help.

Then I got to know Jesus.
Then I wanted nothing to do with the things of this world.
Then I surrendered my right to get married, have children, be comfortable and choose 'yes' or 'no'.
Then my blind eyes were open to those living without homes and to children dying from disease
...or worse...
hunger.
Then I wanted to make a difference.

Now...I put on Jesus.
Now I walk in my authority and do not choose the passing pleasures of this life.
Now I look forward to glory and hearing my Father say, "well done!"
Now I change the world.
Now I speak light boldly into the darkness and truth where the enemy is raging.
Now...I share life.
